From Laureen Miles Brunelli:
Though born in Baltimore, I left while still a child but chose to re-settled here as an adult. Within a few months after returning, I knew my decade-long string of frequent moves had come to an end. No place else ever felt so much like home.
Baltimore is friendly and relatively unhurried place, but its many universities and cultural institutions give it a cosmopolitan air. The down-to-earth nature of its residents and their off-beat sensibility must be why they call it Charm City.
